1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phiwin ("phiwin," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phiwin.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features offered through the phiwin platform, including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slot machines, sports betting, online sabong, bingo, and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces.

By accessing the phiwin website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2Eligibility Requirements

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) phiwin account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If phiwin identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, phiwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus funds, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration

To access phiwin's real-money services, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You are required to provide truthful, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address. phiwin may request additional documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements and Philippine financial regulations, phiwin is obligated to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS card, or UMID)
• A clear selfie photograph taken at the time of submission
• Proof of registered payment method ownership where applicable

phiwin will process KYC submissions within twenty-four (24) hours in most cases. Until KYC is completed and approved, withdrawal access remains restricted.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phiwin login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passwords (OTP) with any third party. phiwin will never ask you for your password. You agree to notify phiwin immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Account Funds

All transactions on the phiwin platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phiwin does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion services are offered through the platform.

phiwin may add or remove accepted payment methods at its sole discretion. Changes will be communicated via the platform's Cashier section with reasonable advance notice.

4.3 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Players may voluntarily reduce their personal deposit limits at any time through the Responsible Gaming settings in their phiwin account.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱500
• Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit, except where phiwin grants a specific exception in writing
• Any active bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied before real-money withdrawals are permitted unless a player elects to forfeit bonus funds
• phiwin charges zero (₱0) platform fees on standard withdrawals; however, third-party payment provider charges, if any, remain the responsibility of the player

4.5 Inactive Account Policy

An account is deemed inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. phiwin may impose an administrative maintenance fee of ₱100 per month on inactive accounts after this period, deducted from the account balance. phiwin will make reasonable attempts to notify you prior to implementing any dormancy fee. If the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

5.1 General Bonus Terms

phiwin offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, all bonus funds credited to a phiwin account are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility). Only bets placed with bonus funds — or real funds where a bonus is active — count toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Prohibited Bonus Activities

The following activities in connection with phiwin bonuses are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds, winnings, and account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (bonus whoring)
• Using bonus funds to place opposing bets across games or with other platforms
• Providing false identification to claim multiple welcome bonuses

6Gameplay, Betting Rules & Game Integrity

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on phiwin is governed by specific rules displayed within the game interface or in phiwin's Game Help section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. phiwin's determination of game outcomes is final and binding, subject to Section 12 (Disputes).

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server outage, or software error that interrupts a game, phiwin will endeavour to restore the game to its pre-interruption state where technically possible. Where a fair restoration cannot be achieved, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. phiwin accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Live Dealer Specific Terms

Live dealer games at phiwin are streamed in real time from professional studios. Bets placed after the published betting window has closed will not be accepted. In rare circumstances involving equipment failure, dealer error, or streaming interruption, phiwin reserves the right to void a round and return all stakes. Dealer decisions made during a completed round are final.

6.4 Sports Betting Specific Terms

Sports betting markets on phiwin are offered on the basis of published odds at the time of bet placement. phiwin reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from technical or human error. For live in-play betting, odds fluctuate in real time; the odds confirmed at bet acceptance are the binding odds for that wager.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the phiwin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds (including real-money balances where the source of funds is in dispute), and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information at registration, during KYC, or at any point during your account's existence
• Using the phiwin platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Accessing phiwin from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches for financial gain
• Attempting to launder money or proceeds of criminal activity through phiwin's platform
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward phiwin staff, other players, or live dealers
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction without prior notification to phiwin support

8Responsible Gaming

phiwin is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming experience for all Filipino players. We recognise that for a small number of users, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to those players seriously.

Reductions to deposit or loss limits take immediate effect. Increases to previously set limits are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling period before they apply, to prevent impulsive decisions during active play.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from phiwin may do so by (a) using the self-exclusion tool in their account settings, or (b) contacting phiwin support via live chat and requesting permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one (1) business hour. Once a self-exclusion is in place, phiwin will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the phiwin platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, user interface designs, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, audio, video, and game content, is the proprietary property of phiwin or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phiwin platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content; use phiwin trademarks or brand assets without prior written consent; or scrape, crawl, or extract data from phiwin using automated tools.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phiwin's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.

phiwin expressly excludes all liability for:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity
• Losses arising from interruptions to internet connectivity, device failures, or third-party payment provider delays
• Losses resulting from your breach of these Terms or applicable law
• Any action taken by phiwin in good faith to comply with PAGCOR requirements or Philippine law

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by phiwin

phiwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; provision of false information; engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; or failure to comply with KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon termination for cause, phiwin may withhold any balance pending an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, phiwin may forfeit the balance in accordance with these Terms. If no breach is substantiated, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via their last-used payment method.

11.2 Termination by Player

You may close your phiwin account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure, you must withdraw all available funds from your account balance. Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonus rounds are forfeited upon account closure unless wagering requirements have been satisfied.

12Disputes & Complaints

phiwin is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any game outcome, transaction, or phiwin decision, you should follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise the issue with phiwin's live chat support team, providing your account details and a clear description of the dispute. phiwin will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the initial resolution, request escalation to phiwin's Compliance team. A formal written response will be provided within ten (10) business days.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If the matter remains unresolved to your satisfaction after exhausting the above steps, you may escalate to PAGCOR using PAGCOR's published complaints procedure.

phiwin's determination of game outcomes from its certified RNG systems and live dealer servers is final and binding. phiwin will not accept disputes based solely on a player's expectation of a different outcome.

13Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through phiwin's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

The English language version of these Terms shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translation provided for convenience.

14Amendments to These Terms

phiwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to eligibility criteria, withdrawal conditions, or fee structures — phiwin will provide a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice via a platform notification or registered email address before the amended Terms take effect.

For non-material changes (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or minor formatting updates), phiwin may update these Terms without advance notice, updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the phiwin platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
